Our process can be explained in 3 easy steps:

   Step 1:  ElvMo Refund Recovery audits various agencies throughout the country in search of lost, missing, and unclaimed funds belonging to private citizens. We do this because these agencies make little attempt to contact the rightful owner of the funds, such as sending a letter to the last known address. The types of funds we search for are usually not made available to the general public so the rightful owners may not be aware that they exist. 

 Step 2:  Once the funds have been identified we do our utmost to locate YOU if you are the rightful owner of these funds. A representative from ElvMo Refund Recovery will explain our process more fully, and if you agree, act as your authorized agent to claim these funds on your behalf. This step can be completed in as little as a few days.  

Step 3: Once the necessary paperwork has been completed, we will work directly with the agency to get your funds released to you as quickly as possible! At this point your only involvement is to figure out how you’ll spend those funds. Throughout this process we will keep you informed of our progress.
